The basic terms for using RummyPoints and its educational content.

By using RummyPoints, you agree to these terms. You may use the service for lawful, friendly scorekeeping and personal educational purposes. You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity performed through your sign-in session.
No gambling or payments
RummyPoints does not offer real-money games, betting, entry fees, prizes, settlement services, or payment processing. Do not use the service to organize unlawful gambling or violate any law that applies to you.
Room links and player information
Game owners choose player display names and control where room links are shared. Anyone with a valid room link may be able to view its standings and history. Do not enter sensitive information as a player name, and obtain any permission needed before entering another person’s information.
Rules and score accuracy
Rummy rules vary. Our guides describe common conventions and are not an official authority for every table or competition. Game owners are responsible for verifying declarations, entering scores correctly, and agreeing on house rules. Automated totals are based on the information entered.
Acceptable use
You may not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that harms availability, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent retention, or error-free calculations. Keep a separate record when a score is especially important. To the extent permitted by law, RummyPoints is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may improve, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access when these terms are violated or service security is at risk. We may revise these terms, with the effective date shown on this page. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
